Larry Anthony Paul is principal of L. A. PAUL &
ASSOCIATES, and is licensed in California, Hawaii,
Oklahoma, Texas and Utah
and is certified to practice in every state.
Mr. Paul has been principal planner and designer of numerous commercial,
industrial and residential projects throughout the
United States, for both private and public clients, and government agencies.
With over twenty-eight years of experience, he has successfully managed
and produced a variety of project types, both renovation and rehabilitation and
new construction, valued from twenty thousand to twenty million dollars.
As principal, he is responsible for overall design, master planning and
project management as well as business administration and operations.
Mr. Paul studied architecture, master planning and urban design at the University
of
Southern California
and the Ohio State
University, where he received a Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors in 1970.
Subsequent post-graduate studies have been in the fields of real estate,
property development, construction, theater arts and communication media.
Mr. Paul is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National
Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a licensed broker with the
California Dept. of Real Estate. He
is as a Master Commissioner with the California Board of Architectural Examiners
and a Design Juror for the Architectural Registration Exam.
He also serves on the San Rafael Design Review Board,
the San Rafael Downtown Plan Committee and the Marin Task Force.
The American
Institute
of Architects, the San Francisco Arts Commission, the American Mensa Society and numerous
other organizations have honored him with awards for various projects and
achievements.
