Juan Jose Arteaga, Associate AIA, is an architectural designer and project manager for L. A. PAUL & ASSOCIATES; Mr. Arteaga studied architecture and urban design at the Cuenca State University, Ecuador, graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and holds an MBA from University of Los Andes, Santafe de Bogotá, Colombia. Mr. Arteaga is a licensed Architect in Ecuador and is presently taking the California Architects Board’s NCARB licensing exams.

Mr. Arteaga is an accomplished manager of projects and teams.  He has managed programs and budgets up to twenty million dollars. He is proficient in computer systems, programs and AutoCAD, and is responsible for the coordination of software and computer graphic services for L. A. PAUL & ASSOCIATES. He provides production support on nearly all of our firm’s projects.
